How to delete PulseGuard data
PulseGuard stores all user data exclusively on your device. There are no servers and no online accounts.
To delete all PulseGuard data:
- Open Settings → Apps → PulseGuard → Storage on your Android device.
- Tap Clear data.
This deletes:
- Paired sensor list
- Heart rate zones and profile (date of birth, biological sex)
- Workout sessions and heart rate samples
- Alert thresholds and sound preferences
- Music selection state
- Pro entitlement state (you can restore via Restore Purchase if previously bought)
Alternatively, uninstalling the app deletes the same data.
Health Connect records previously written by PulseGuard are managed by Health Connect — you can review and delete them via Settings → Health Connect → Data and access on your device.
There is no retention period — data persists on your device until you take one of these actions.
